    • Retrieved codes for B1S2 heater circuit and for intake air valve performance, found melted connector and damaged tip of downstream O2 sensor, replaced sensor and hardwired , cleared code, test drove, O2 sensor performing normally now. Inspected for function of intake air valve, operates by hand and with vacuum pump, switching valve is not operating, further inspection found wire pulled out of valve connector, removed intake manifold to access connector, repaired wiring, reassembled, test ran, operates normally now.
    • Raised and inspected, found damaged crossmember towards rear of vehicle, directly in front of fuel tank and exhaust hanger is bent and rubbing against driveline support, removed damaged crossmember, heated and adjusted exhaust hanger, installed new crossmember.
