Connected smoke machine and pressurized system, commanded all available EVAP VSV's, could never get smoke to stop coming out of vent hose. Need to replace canister assembly. VSV light was on because C1336 is stored in ABS module (zero point calibration yaw rate sensor undone, performed zero point calibration, retested, lights did not return.

Inspected, first thing found leaking is the valve cover gasket, need to replace, clean engine off and recheck.
Replaced valve cover gasket, cleaned off as much residual oil as possible off engine

Tested, INOP, checked horn fuse, ok, relay is not getting signal, removed airbag and steering column shroud, tested clockspring circuit, poor connection in clockspring, part would need to be ordered but customer declined at this time.

Inspected, found bypass pipe popped out of oil filter/cooler housing, accessed pipe through opening created by relocated A/C compressor, replaced torn O-ring on pipe, reinstalled and secured with a new bolt, filled and pressure tested, sealing fine now.

Checked for pending or current codes in ECU, P0137 stored (knock sensor module). Raised and inspected, LF lower control arm looks new, front pads and rotors look new, rear pads have about 70% remaining, tires have more than 50% tread remaining, no major leaks under vehicle. Test drove for 9 miles, no concerns felt, drives normally but wipers are streaking. Re-checked for DTC P0137, system ran and passed at this time.
