Verified, battery was dead, charged battery, looked over engine bay for anything obvious, found PCV hose was not connected and creating a massive vacuum leak. Connected PCV hose, started, idles fine, test drove, operating normally at this time. Needed to replace vehicle battery, old one was internally shorted.

Ac intermittently works well. Removed 0.983 Lbs. No obvious leaks. Passed vacuum test. Charged with 1.4 Lbs. Works great for a few minutes then warms. Unable to talk to Climate control module. Found blend door actuator moves to middle after moving to cold. Removed actuator and installed a new 1, same result. Something is making system change to warm. Moved actuator to cold and unplugged actuator. Will stay on cold until plugged in.
